One-year limited warranty is provided starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the materials and workmanship of rattan/wicker, cushions, and glass components. However, it does not cover damages resulting from accidents or improper use.

Please note that this warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. To make a claim, the original receipt must be presented as proof of purchase.

If the buyer rejects the furniture upon delivery, resulting in a return to our warehouse, or returns it for personal reasons unrelated to quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

To process a return, the furniture must be repackaged in its original packaging, including all internal protective materials, without any modifications. Damaged furniture does not need to be returned. Please ensure that any eligible furniture is returned in good condition within 90 days of receipt.

Please note that delivery freight is included in the quotation, but return freight is not. Additionally, if your order includes multiple items and some arrive separately, don’t worry—your order may ship from different warehouses, and the remaining items will arrive shortly.
